How it works
In practice
Men's Breakfast is deliberately unfussy: someone cooks, someone leads a study on a single chapter, and everyone is out by half ten. It has become one of the easiest gatherings to bring a friend to.
Alongside the study there is a fair amount of practical work — maintaining the building, setting up for events, driving the van on collection days, and quietly helping members who need a job doing at home.
Older and younger men sit at the same table on purpose. A great deal is passed on that way that never gets taught from the front.

First Saturday of the month — breakfast at 08:30, one chapter studied, finished by 10:30.
Practical service
Building maintenance, event set-up, collections and driving — the unglamorous work that keeps a church running.
Mentoring
Deliberately mixing generations so younger men have older men to ask.
Let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.
