How it works
In practice
The church's own strapline is a commission, not a slogan. Evangelism is not a department here — it is the reason for the other departments. But it does need organising, and that is what this work is.
We train together in how to open a conversation about the Gospel without embarrassment, how to answer the questions that come back, and how to hand someone a Bible and show them how to use it. Then we go out — door to door on the roads around the building, at the market, and wherever a conversation can be had honestly.
Following up matters as much as going out. Every person who asks for a study gets one, at a time and place that suits them, for as long as they want it.

What is on
Training
Monthly sessions on opening conversations, handling objections and studying the Bible with someone one to one.
Going out
Door-to-door work on the roads around the building, plus literature and Bible distribution.
Personal Bible study
Free one-to-one study for anyone who asks — at the building, at home, or over a coffee.
Let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.
