Where the Bible
speaks, we speak.
No creed beyond the Scriptures, and nothing here we would not be glad to be shown wrong about from them. This is what we hold to, plainly stated, with the passages it rests on.
How to read this
A summary,
not a substitute.
What follows is a summary of things we are convinced the Scriptures teach. It is not a creed, and it carries no authority of its own — the references beside each point are where the authority actually sits, and we would encourage you to read them rather than take our word for it.
If you disagree with something here, that is a conversation we welcome rather than avoid. Bring the passage. If we are wrong, we would rather know.
If you would like to work through any of this with someone, we offer free one-to-one Bible study — at the building, at your home, or over a coffee, for as long or as short a time as you want.

What we hold to
Select any heading to read more. The references under each are the passages the conviction rests on.
We take the Scriptures as God's word, and as sufficient. Where the Bible speaks we aim to speak; where it is silent we do not bind what God has not bound. That is why you will hear a great deal of Scripture read aloud when we gather, and why teaching here is expected to show its working from the text.
All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness.
